Dear Friends in Christ, At coffee hour today, Mary Kirk shared a Facebook challenge where women are posting pictures of the favorite days of their lives, as a Mother's Day tribute. We all thought that we'd like to do something similar at St. Francis. John Meissner has generously agreed to collect all our pictures and videos and put them into a slideshow that he will share at coffee hour next week, and which we will post to our St. Francis Facebook page. If you have pictures or videos of any important women in your life that you would like to share, please send them to John at [email protected] or to me at [email protected]. They can be pictures of any women at all; they do not just need to be your mother or your children. In addition, if you would like to include the first name of the person in the video or photo, please send that information along, too.
