Passion Sunday, March 28, is a mixture of triumph and tragedy, observing Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem and his death on the cross. Palms are used to adorn the church sanctuary and palm fronds are used upon the pilgrimage to the church. Palm crosses are available for people to take with them as a reminder of the meaning of the day.
You are invited to help in this preparation for Palm Sunday on Saturday, March 27, at 9:00 am in the Parish Hall
We’d like to have anyone who wants to make crosses e-mail us so we know how many to allow for and can setup accordingly. Masks are required and social distancing will be followed.
Thank you for sharing in this meaningful preparation to Holy Week.
